Yesterday was Memorial Day. We gathered at the beach house for a swim and dinner with Katie and her family. The alarm sounded as a thunderstorm was nearby so that took care of the swimming for the moment. It passed by and the kids got to swim. Dinner was fine. Weather nice with a breeze to keep us cool. All in all a good day.

Today is the dayI decided to set up this site. Hopefully friends and family will be able to keep up with us on our 35 day Voyage of the Vikings.
